Our Oven Cleaning prices are all inclusive of the following:

• Enamel Grill pans
• Oven roof inc behind grill element
• Removable Parts
• Glass/Doors
• Enamel Trays
• Racks
• Bulb Covers
• Seals
• Fan Housing
• Controls & trim

We accept cash or major debit/credit cards and we do not charge VAT. We do not accept bank transfer anymore

Additional Booking Information

• You will receive a reminder text message the evening before your appointment checking that you are still ok to have us the following day, we do ask that you reply to us so that we can minimise last minute cancellations. Same day no show/cancellations will be charged 50% of the booking value to cover some of our losses.
• Please note that as we do not know the condition of roads or the ovens to be cleaned on any given day, that all booking times are estimates only. We strive to arrive within a 60 minute period either side of your appointment time but will contact you on the telephone number provided if our expected arrival time is more than 30 minutes off schedule.
• We do require suitable parking to be able to complete tasks at our van / dip tank, unfortunately we will not be able to complete your clean if parking is unsuitable. If we are unable to park you will still be invoiced for 50% of the booking value to cover some of our losses
• We do our best to make clear the type of oven you may have during the booking in process. As we allow an average amount of time for each different size of appliance, if on arrival your oven is different than that which is booked in we may have to reschedule you for another appointment to avoid disrupting other customers appointments that day. If you are in any doubt on your oven type please feel free to let us know, you can always send us over a photo to be sure.
• Please note for the purposes of insurance & parts we do not offer the cleaning of AGA, Lacanche or Rayburn appliances.
• We are an experienced oven cleaning team and are able to disassemble the majority of oven doors for cleaning between the glass. If for any reason we cannot, we will let you know at the beginning of your appointment so that you can decide whether to carry on with your oven clean booking.
